The Weeding Lady (TWL) is a proudly woman-owned gardening and landscaping company based in Apollo Beach, Florida. With a solid reputation and seven years in operation, the business more than doubled in the past year, calling for a brand overhaul. By reviewing TWL’s customers + business insights and conducting a competitive market analysis across similar companies in the area, I was able to create data-driven recommendations, client personas, and a strong brand strategy + visual identity.
Phase one of TWL’s rebrand will launch during the summer of 2026 and includes: the logo and alternates; business cards; event promo materials like the FL plant guide; various ad-style Facebook posts (to reach the largest source of their clientele via local Facebook groups and their business page); a mock-up teaser of the new website home page.
Phase two will focus on enhancing TWL’s online presence, focusing on: a full website redesign, SEO improvements, and creating consistency and conversion across their various customer touchpoints.
